Is My Order Eligible for a Refund?
Our refund policy lasts for 14 days. Once 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your refund.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We will inspect the returned item, then send an email letting you know that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, we will proceed with processing your refund, with credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you are waiting longer than this for your refund, we advise checking your bank account first, before contacting your credit card company. With some companies, it can take extra time for refunds to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item - these are non-refundable. However, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
